Work somewhere that keeps its word

Most care companies will tell you they "value their staff." We'll tell you something more useful: our annual staff turnover is 3%. People join Simply Safe Care Group and they stay.

Why our staff stay

Care work is hard. Working for a bad care company is harder. Here's what's different about working with us and it's the same list we show families and commissioners, because it's true for everyone.

Leadership you can reach

When you call the office, you get answers from managers who know your rota, know your clients, and have the authority to act. No call centres, no "someone will get back to you."

Honest management

If there's a problem, we tell you directly and we expect the same from you. No excuses, no corporate speak, no surprises on payday.

Colleagues who meet the standard

Staff who don't meet expectations don't stay. That means you're never left covering for someone who shouldn't be here and clients trust the uniform you wear.

Training that goes further

We deliver specialist training as part of what we do, so your development doesn't stop at a tick-box induction. You'll be supported to build real skills for complex care.

Who we're looking for

We recruit across our domiciliary care and support services in Swansea and the surrounding areas of South West Wales.

Domiciliary Care Assistants

Supporting older adults at home with personal care, frailty, mobility and long-term health conditions, with enough time to do the job properly.

Support Workers

Working with adults with learning disabilities or autism, focused on skills, independence and community participation, not just supervision.

Complex Care Staff

Experienced carers for mental health support, behavioural needs and multi-disciplinary packages, the cases local authorities and NHS trusts bring to us.

Experience helps, but attitude matters more. If you're reliable, honest and willing to learn, we provide the training. All roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks and registration requirements.

How to apply

No lengthy forms before you know if there's a role for you. Three steps:

1

Browse our vacancies

See every role we're currently recruiting for on our online applications page, updated as positions open.

2

Apply online

Complete the short application for the role that fits you. It takes minutes, not an afternoon.

3

Hear back from a person

Your application goes to someone who can actually make a decision. We'll be in touch to talk next steps.

What we expect from you

We hold the line on standards, that's why commissioners across Wales and NHS trusts in Hywel Dda and Swansea Bay trust us with their most complex cases. Joining us means signing up to three things:

Show up

Our clients see familiar faces, not a revolving door of strangers. Reliability isn't a bonus here, it's the job.

Communicate clearly

With clients, families, colleagues and the office. If something's wrong, say so early; we'd rather fix it than find out later.

Do what you promise

Care plans are commitments, not suggestions. Our reputation is built one visit at a time and you'll be carrying it.
